Without being able to "catch the ball squarely" on the clubface, one has little chance of maximizing distance. A key to controlling the clubface and generating efficient power is found in rotating the lead forearm properly.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the golf swing is that your head must stay perfectly still. If you don't allow your head to move a little away from the golf ball during your backswing it can result in a reverse pivot.
