Every golfer dreams about it. The chance to play side by side with the greatest golfers in the world. While very few of us get the opportunity to tee it up week to week on the PGA Tour, there is an event taking place in October that can provide a glimpse of what it is like to play with the big boys.

It's People vs. the Pros and it is hosted at one of the world's most storied golf properties, Pinehurst. Site of Payne Stewart's dramatic victory in the U.S. Open and so many other major golf championships, Pinehurst is the host site for the 2009 People vs. the Pros championship.

People vs. the Pros is an Official PGA Tour event. In it's sixth year the event has hosted golf legends such as Lee Trevino, John Daly, Justin Leonard, Gary McCord, Retief Goosen, Chris DiMarco and Tom Watson. And now, Couples and Faldo take their shot against the "people".

Each year the People vs. the Pros tournament organizers give away a number of slots in the event to charities that auction off the slots to raise money for their respective worthy causes. This year an amazing Grand Prize Package has been donated to the Celebrities for Charity Foundation which runs a very unique Raffle to raise money for their worthy cause.
