As Davis reflects on the most impressive comeback in Ryder Cup history, he'll be thinking about how close his United States team was to winning. In reality, Team USA was only short 1/2 point. Tiger Woods was standing in the middle of the fairway on 18, 1up over Molinari when Kaymer clinched the cup for Europe against Stricker. I'm confident Tiger would have finished off Molinari had his point meant winning the Cup for the United States.

Leading up to the Ryder Cup Captain Love and Olazabal made very important decisions with their respective Captains selections. Immediately after the teams were decided, their focus likely turned towards pairings.
