Pro under 50 years old – 6500 yards

Pro 50 + - 6250 yards

Scratch Player- 6500 yards

Senior Player-6250 yards

Net Player-6000 yards

WHO CAN PLAY -
The Club/Course must be a member of the Missouri Golf Association.

The Club/Course has the option to choose their team by any method. The Club/Course can invite four male players:
-Golf Pro, Head Teaching Pro or Assistant Pro
-An amateur player using gross score
-A Senior amateur Player (50 and over)using gross score
-A Net amateur player (with a certified handicap index on the USGA men's handicap system)

Players who compete on a college level are not eligible to participate in this event.

ENTRIES – A $130 per person or $520 a Team. The entry fee shall be paid by every team in the Championship.

The entry fee includes 36 holes of golf, range balls and cart fee for each player.

Practice round is not included in the entry fee. The Club Professional is complimentary. All others have a special rate $50 each.

Entry Deadline: Sept. 10, 2012

REFUNDS - Cancellations before the close of entries will be refunded less a $30 fee. No refunds after the deadline date.

SCHEDULE - 36 holes stroke play. Play 4 count 3

   Sunday - September 23
     Practice round
    Monday - September 24
     First round, 18 holes
   Tuesday - September 25
     Second round, 18 holes

PRIZES - No individual prizes are awarded. Winners will receive Missouri State Team Championship Traveling Trophy for one year.

NO OTHER REMUNERATION - By his application, an entrant certifies that he is not entitled to remuneration of any kind for participation in the MGA championship other than the aforementioned prizes.

Hotel - The Drury Hotel is the official hotel for all MGA events.
