Four Ball Championship Facts
20th Four-Ball Championship August 18-19, 2009 Creekmoor Golf Club, Raymore, Missouri
WHO CAN PLAY - Entries are open to male amateur golfers who play at clubs or courses who are members of the Missouri Golf Association.
Those players not on the USGA GHIN handicap system must produce a copy of their current handicap card showing both index and date of revision to the MGA office.
ENTRIES – Entrants shall apply on MGA forms. A $300 entry fee shall be paid by every team. Entry deadline is August 3, 2009.
Entry fee includes a practice round the day before the tournament, the Championship rounds, and cart fees for the Championship rounds.
SCHEDULE - The field will consist of 84 Teams. (Maximum of 12 Net Teams)
Stroke Play - 36 holes
Tuesday - August 19
First round, 18 holes
Wednesday - August 20
First round, 18 holes

Championship - Scratch Score
Net (Handicap) - Verified handicaps only (both players)
PRIZES - Traveling Trophy for winners for one (1) year period. Pro Shop Certificates will be awarded.
Hotel - The Drury Hotel is the official hotel for all MGA events.
