2009 Ken Lanning Highlights
This will be the second year the Missouri Golf Association will be conducting this long standing Championship. Ken Lanning founded this tournament as an opportunity for juniors from the ages 5 through 18 to play tournament golf long before there were statewide tournaments for juniors.

Ken Lanning Junior Golf Tournament July 13-14, 2009 Oak Meadow CC, Rolla, Missouri
WHO CAN PLAY - Entries are open to male and female golfers ages 5-18 years of age. Male and female golfers will be competing in their own divisions. Participants that have attended college or competed on the college level college are not eligible.
ENTRIES – Entrants shall apply on MGA forms.
$35 ages 5 to 11
$65 ages 12 to 18
The entry deadline is June 29th. The entry fee includes a golf clinic and exhibition and barbeque following the first round of play.
AGE DIVISIONS:
5 to 11 years of age:
Tee times starting at 7:00 a.m. and will play 9 holes each day. Carts for participants in the age group will be provided and the ten-stroke rule will be used.
12 to 18 years of age:
Tee-times starting at 7:30 a.m. and will play 18 holes each day. Participants in this age group must carry their own clubs or use a pull/push cart. NO caddies or motorized carts will be allowed.
PRACTICE ROUND: Practice rounds are not included in the entry fee. Practice round information will be available on the Tournament Information Page.
REFUNDS - Entry fees are non refundable.
PRIZES: Awards and prizes are in compliance with the MSHSAA guidelines.
The MGA encourages all junior golfers to familiarize themselves with the Pace of Play guidelines.
