9th MGA Junior Match Play-Gates Paris Memorial Championship June 17-20, 2009 Lake Valley Golf & CC, Camdenton, Missouri

WHO CAN PLAY - Entries are open to male golfers ages 14-18 years of age.  Participants that have competed on the college level college are not eligible.

ENTRIES – Entrants shall apply on MGA forms. A $65 entry fee must be payed by every player . The 
entry deadline is June 3rd. The entry fee includes a practice round in the afternoon on June 15th or 16th and the Championship rounds.

REFUNDS - Entry fees are not refundable.

SCHEDULE - The field will consist of 144 players.
(A) STROKE PLAY - 18 holes stroke play to determine 32 players for match play. A tie for 32nd place shall be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole play-off.
     Wednesday - June 17
     18 holes (Stroke Play)
     Cut to 32

(B) MATCH PLAY General numerical draw will be used.
     Thursday - June 18
     AM - First round
     PM - Second round
     Friday - June 19
     AM - Third Round
     PM - Fourth Round
     Saturday - June 20
     Championship Match, 36 holes

PRIZES: Awards and prizes are in compliance with the MSHSAA guidelines.

Caddies are allowed in this event and can use a cart. Players are not allowed to use carts.

The MGA encourages all junior golfers to familiarize themselves with the Pace of Play guidelines.
