Those players that are ACTIVE on your system as of this date will be charged the GHIN fee for 2009.
**All clubs are required to inactivate all players that will not be posting scores during the off season. Those players that you know post scores in the winter at clubs that are still in season (i.e., Florida, Arizona) do not inactivate.
