A Scottish Golf Adventure...In Colorado?

No doubt, there are better-known venues for your next golf adventure. But, few golf destinations equal the natural beauty, stunning course designs
and affordability offered by SitzmarkGOLF in partnership with Grand Links in Colorado.

SitzmarkGOLF is part of the Sitzmark family, a KC-based retail group specializing in Colorado recreational experiences. Annually, thousands travel from KC to Colorado outfitted with ski equipment, clothing, discount lift tickets and lodging...all provided by Sitzmark.  Building on decades-long relationships in Colorado, SitzmarkGOLF offers a Scottish-style golf adventure at an affordable price.

SitzmarkGOLF's unique golf & lodging package for 2009 includes:

Four rounds of unforgettable mountain golf at Grand Links courses
• Guaranteed tee times, carts and practice balls at each course
• Two nights condominium lodging in nearby Winter Park, Colorado
• All for $345 per person, including taxes. Restrictions may apply.

Custom packages are available for groups, twosomes and foursomes blending golf with shopping, sightseeing, horseback riding, hiking, white-water rafting and other activities.  Rounding out this unique partnership is Grand Links; four spectacular courses with awe-inspiring, stop-your-golf-cart scenery at every turn.  Winding through high alpine peaks between Grand Lake and Winter Park, Grand Links offers diverse and spectacular golf. All four courses lie within a short drive of each other, making it easy to play two different courses on the same day.  From high country meadows sweeping around gentle rolling hills and pristine lakes, to sloping fairways surrounded by lodgepole pine wilderness and 13,000 ft. peaks, Grand Links provides a golf experience every player will enjoy. Classic Scottish heathland influences--receptive, rumpled fairways and windswept, sod-wall bunkers--recall courses such as Muirfield, Troon and Royal Dornoch.

HEADWATERS
Spreading across a secluded Rocky Mountain valley with views of the Continental Divide are 18 holes to challenge, inspire and reward every player. Renowned designer Michael Asmundson has taken care to weave the greens naturally through native grasses and wetlands along the meandering Fraser River.

POLE CREEK
Pole Creek Golf Club offers 27 holes of nationally-ranked golf.  Magnificent peaks of the Continental Divide serve as a backdrop for many spectacular holes. Several holes have pine-lined fairways while others descend thru a valley crossing Pole Creek. Multiple tees assure a challenge for all, so pick any two combinations of 9-holes and experience award-winning, championship golf and scenery at 8,600 feet.

GRAND ELK
The Grand Elk Golf Course, designed by PGA great Craig Stadler and premier architect Tripp Davis, is a par 71 masterwork playing 7,144 yards from the rear-most tees. Echoing the attributes of traditional heathland courses, Grand Elk boasts gently rolling fairways and strategically placed hazards. Five sets of tees provide a test for the low handicap player or a not-to-be-forgotten round for the weekend golfer.

Picture an 18-hole championship course at an elevation of 8,420 feet with the peaks of the Never Summer Range of Rocky Mountain National Park commanding your view on the #1 tee box. Designed by Dick Phelps, the course offers narrowly rolling, well-tended fairways with subtle greens.  The majestic Rocky Mountains tower high above offering exclusive and panoramic views.
