Practice Round

A practice round is available to those competitors in the qualifier.  For those living in the Kansas City area, you are encouraged to play your practice round up to a week in advance of the qualifier.    Tee time reservations may be made by calling (816) 513-8910.  The practice round is complimentary, however, you are responsible for any cart, practice range or food & beverage fees incurred during the practice round.

Registration 

Report to the starting tee no less than 5 minutes prior to your assigned starting time.  There is no call to the tee; it is the player’s responsibility to arrive on time.

Food & Beverage

The club will have food and beverage services available.  Cash or reciprocal club charges are accepted.  Outside food and beverages are not allowed at the facility.   

Distance-Measuring Devices

The USGA DOES NOT permit the use of distance-measuring devices for its championships.

Pace of Play Guidelines and Procedures

This qualifying site uses the Check-Point System for Pace of Play.  The Check-Point System is based upon the requirement of all groups being in position at each check-point.  Players in a group out of position at a check-point are liable to the applicable penalty if the Committee determines the group or any player in the group was in breach of the pace of play guidelines.  Please review the enclosed pace of play guidelines and procedures. 

Player/Caddie Carts

Golf carts are not permitted.  Pull/Push carts are allowed for the qualifier. 

Spectator Carts

USGA policy does not permit spectator carts.  There are not exceptions to this policy.

Caddies

Caddies are permitted, however you are responsible for making your own arrangements for a caddie.
