NOVICE 9-HOLE DIVISION

2009 GATEWAY PGA JUNIOR GOLF ASSOCIATION APPLICATION AND TOURNAMENT ENTRY

Novice 9-Hole Division - Play is limited to 9-holes per event. Medals are awarded to the top 3 finishers. All players will play from the forward tees, approximately 2,600 yards. The price per event is $25 or six events for $125 (plus Membership Fee of $75). Each additional event, over six that are entered, will cost $25/event and the amount will be due at the time of registration. Remember to include Alternate Choices or your application will not be processed. Boys and Girls Age Groups: 9-10 and 11-12.

Parent or substituted adult must be present; there will be no Final Championship; and parents are allowed to assist the player; however, golfers must carry their own clubs. Golfer and a parent must attend a rules seminar. For additional information, call Carol Fromuth 636-532-9191.

• PACE OF PLAY WILL BE ENFORCED

• Parents will be allowed to assist the player during the round of competition
• Golfers must carry their own bag or use a pull cart
• No motorized carts will be available
• Parent or substitute adult must be with the junior golfer at all times
