We begin a new golf season by offering our players an online registration option. Our online registration will be available through Blue Golf. You will have the option of selecting the events of the season for yourself, your son or your daughter and registering those events and paying online through Blue Golf. Our event tee times will be available online through Blue Golf as well as immediate event results through the golf season.
The 2010 brochure will be postal mailed the end of January or it can be viewed on our new web site January 22. We hope this added option will be pleasing to you and user friendly.
The Missouri State High School Championships are taking place this week. The U.S. Open local qualifying was conducted at Persimmon Woods Golf Club last week and the Normandie Amateur crowned it's 2009 champion yesterday. Also this past weekend, the University of Illinois solidified it's place in the NCAA Championship to be played in late May.
Thank you to all the Parents of the Gateway Junior PGA. Being not far removed from junior golf, I can remember the committment that my parents made when I decided to play the game of golf. The committment did not stop with the shuttle service that they provided to and from events. My parents found out quickly that golf can be an addicting sport.
