Now that you have seen the advertisements and heard the weight loss gimmicks, let's get serious about getting in shape. We have just a few months until golf season gets into full swing in St. Louis. In order to insure fun and successful outings it is never too soon. Losing weight is a good way to insure that we feel better and have more energy during a golf round. Part of any successful weight loss plan is exercise, which leads to greater endurance and increased flexibility.

So, you want to hit the golf ball farther. Can you buy 50 yards? Rather than spend money on a new club to find out, why not invest on your most important asset...YOU.

Recently, I took a trip to visit the Titleist Performance Institute. Where I had my golf swing video taped and then had some physical testing done. I was amazed to find out that some of my own golf swing issues that I have been trying to fix are a result of physical and mobility issues. These issues included strength in certain areas of my body, physical mobility as it related to the golf swing and everyday movements, and flexibility.
