MAGA / Gateway PGA To Bring Back Cup Matches The Metropolitan Amateur Golf Association and Gateway PGA have joined efforts to resurrect a Ryder Cup style match between the top amateurs and top professionals of their respective associations.
Thank you to all the Parents of the Gateway Junior PGA. Being not far removed from junior golf, I can remember the committment that my parents made when I decided to play the game of golf. The committment did not stop with the shuttle service that they provided to and from events. My parents found out quickly that golf can be an addicting sport.
In today's game of power we need to get rid of the old school way of thinking about release. We have all heard about release the club with your hands. Make the right forearm over the left to have a proper release. This all is fine if you want to practice alot getting the timing down and working on finess shots.
