Jefferson City, MO – September 18, 2008 - Following three years of a sold out field and rave reviews about the event and its venue, the Missouri Golf Association is expanding the field and adding another championship golf course to the rotation for their annual Father Son Championship. The Jack Nicklaus Signature, The Club at Porto Cima, has hosted the Missouri Golf Association Father – Son Championship since 2006 and will continue as the event's host property. The Lodge of the Four Seasons, Witches Cove, has been added to accommodate a field of up to 140 teams in 2009, up from the 80 team maximum in years past. "Our waiting list for this event kept growing each year and it just made sense to expand the field and include two championship golf properties for our players to enjoy," commented Executive Director, Scott Hovis.
