Steve McMillen, KCGA Executive Director, was asked this winter what is the most important thing in the Association.  &quot;It is quite simple,&quot; stated McMillen, &quot;it&apos;s all about volunteers.&quot;  Championships and Programs are only as good as your volunteers. Shelton is a 37 year old Fairway resident and former University of Kansas golfer who also won the award in 1994 and 2005.  After graduation, Shelton turned professional where he played primarily on the Canadian Tour along with stints on the Hooters and Nike Tours.  He was reinstated as an amateur in 2004 and has had great success in the region since including being the Low Amateur at the inaugural Watson Challenge at Hallbrook Country Club in 2007.</p>]]></description><pubDate>11/18/2009 9:46 am</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
